Return policy for books purchased via our website :
The book must be returned to us in perfect condition, still in its original, unopened plastic wrap. No pages must be damaged, annotated, cut out, the cover dog-eared, scanned, photographed or otherwise altered. A return request must be submitted to us within 2 days of receiving the book. The return must be sent by post at the customer’s expense only. A restocking fee of €50 will be deducted from the refund. An exchange for another product may be arranged at no extra cost if the book is returned to us in perfect condition. The refund or replacement of the book will only be processed once we have received the returned book at our offices in Paris. For further information, please contact our offices in Paris.
